Happy Halloween!
First off, look at this little nugget. Since he has has multiple Halloween events this week, he has gone between being a fireman and an “inja.” Goodness. I could eat him up. This is my favorite Halloween picture so far…the bunny doesn’t look nearly as thrilled as I was.
Now, onto the delicious side you will make all fall.
This salad will soon be one your go-tos. I made it for the first time last weekend, and it has been requested for tonight’s Halloween soiree at our dear friends’ house. Although there are a bunch of moving parts, each is relatively simple. The flavors all mesh so well elevating these simple roasted vegetables into something special.
