Well, we all know I love a good dinner party. I love the conversation, the fellowship, and the smiles that delicious food and wine make. Several months ago, I heard about a wonderful concept called the IF: Table.
The amazing women behind the IF: Gathering created this concept, and I think it is simply genius. The formula is simple: 6 women + 4 questions + 2 hours. The IF: Gathering provides the conversation cards, and they even set a monthly date. The next one is scheduled for November 9th.
For people like me, I am super excited about throwing a little dinner party for 5 spectacular women, however, the IF: Table is not about the food or the party. Order pizza. Make sandwiches. Make a huge meal. Whatever is easiest for you.
Simply, the IF: Table is: “A place to gather women and share a simple meal and dive deep with people over real stories and Christ centered conversations. A time for a whole lot of laughter – and maybe a few tears – but time spent that leaves us with glad hearts. Full hearts. Grateful hearts.”
I am planning to host one on November 9th, and I encourage you to do the same! If you do, please let me know how it went. This is going to change the way we super-busy women slow down to enjoy one another…I swear!
