As much as I love hanging with my boys, I love a girls night in. This menu is hearty enough for dinner, just indulgent enough for a “cheat night”, and filled with quick recipes that won’t exhaust the hostess.
Oh, and what would a ‘girls’ night in’ be without a perfect John Hughs 80’s classic? I would choose Sixteen Candles…what is your favorite??
