Happy Monday! Once again, the weekend was too short! Our little family cruised a few hours north to Dallas to spend some much-needed time with some of our greatest friends. We miss them dearly, and a weekend wasn’t enough time to really catch up. However, we celebrated a birthday (more on that later this week), ate at one of our favorite casual Dallas restaurants, The Flying Fish, and did a lot of pretend rodeo bronc riding.
