Today’s post is an extension of my brother’s luau post from yesterday. We grilled sweet teriyaki chicken kabobs, assembled pulled pork tacos, and cooled off with lots of fresh fruit. Haelii’s mom aslo brought egg rolls — a traditional polynesian dish. They were amazing!
This modified menu would work for a large gathering or an intimate dinner party set out in courses.
