Good morning!
I apologize for my lack of posts since Halloween. South Austin had record flash flooding early Halloween morning, and unfortunately, our home was one of the many homes that was covered in four feet of water. We were able to evacuate, and we are safe a sound. We are so very grateful. Over the next five months, we will be practically rebuilding our home. Expect many before and afters here!
With that dreadful day behind us, we are moving on! With that, I have some very exciting news!
Beginning at the end of the month, I will be a regular contributor on La Dolce Vita! It is such an exciting opportunity, and I am blessed to be a part of the wonderful contributing team Paloma has put together.

Cotton blog to share her passion for cooking and entertaining with a
larger audience. Erin lives in Austin with the two most important men in her
life, husband, Mat, and, two-year-old son, Rex.
